How your regular day in C.T. Co will look (responsibilities):

        · Proactively source and attract qualified candidates;

        · Manage the full recruitment cycle, from screening and interviewing to hiring;

        · Build and maintain relationships with candidates;

        · Review, process, and format candidate CV in line with company standards;

        · Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process;

        · Provide regular recruitment updates to stakeholders in line with GDPR and company procedures;

        · Maintain accurate recruitment data and reporting.

We expect you have (requirements may vary depending on title level):

        · Previous recruitment experience, preferably in the IT field;

        · Knowledge of recruitment best practices;

        · Understanding of the regional labor market;

        · Ability to adapt to a dynamic work environment;

        · Strong teamwork, communication and collaboration skills;

        · Strong command of written and spoken English (minimum B2 level);

        · Degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

Salary:

Monthly salary (gross): €1600 - €1900*
