How your regular day in our company will look (responsibilities):
- Manage monthly metrics related to human resources allocation plans.
- Work with data provided by Program/Project Managers and internal systems.
- Perform data mining and analysis, prepare various internal and external reports, and monitor key indicators, including cross-reporting and ad-hoc reports required by management.
- Identify potential improvements and make recommendations.
- Automate calculations and streamline processes where possible using MS Excel.
- Visualize data in a way that makes it presentable and easily perceivable for stakeholders.
- Present and discuss the work results, providing clear communication with teams and management.
- Analyze data to find correlations and insights, knowing when to dive deeper.
- Focus on details to ensure the data is reliable and usable in the future.
- Work with different tools, systems (e.g., issue tracking, wikis), and departments to gather necessary data and collaborate on projects.

- Experience working in an IT company with an understanding of how IT companies operate.
- Basic understanding of the software engineering process and Agile methodologies.
- Growth mindset, strong responsibility, and time management skills.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially MS Excel, for data analysis and automation.
- Strong visualization skills for presenting data clearly.
- Excellent presentation and communication skills for discussing work results.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to uncover insights and correlations in data.
- Detail-oriented and skilled in problem-solving to ensure data quality.
- Ability to collaborate with various teams and systems to collect necessary data.
- Upper-intermediate written and intermediate spoken English.

Remuneration:
