How your regular day in C.T.Co will look (responsibilities):  

• Manage portfolio of projects and delivery/operation teams;
• Derive and realize program development strategy, aligned with corporate goals;
• Actively manage customer account, participating in program steering, coordination and escalation activities;
• Accumulate a good knowledge to navigate through the customer's business domain;
• Communicate with stakeholders on program plans/results and action items;
• Discover potential business opportunities within a program and across programs;
• Work closely with project managers on project goals & objectives, plans & timelines, budget, and aligning those with program strategic direction;
• Oversee & monitor projects, observing performance, strengths and weaknesses, and devise corrective measures;
• Facilitate communication, collaboration and information/best practices cross-pollination as across portfolio projects, as with other enterprise programs;
• Drive company-related OKRs/initiatives.

We expect you (requirements may vary depending on title level):

• Have strong organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills;
• Have analytical thinking and problem-solving skills;
• Have good knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies at scale;
• Have hands-on experience in project/delivery management on a team level;
• Have decent knowledge of budget management and contracting;
• Experienced in negotiation and conflict resolution;
• Ability to perform under pressure;
• Experienced in E2E management from pre-sales / RFP-to-production operations;
• Experienced in conducting workshops, pitches and presentations within international environment;
• Ideally have technical background;
• Proficient in English (reading /speaking / writing) to communicate day-to day with clients.

Remuneration:

Monthly salary (gross): 6000.00 to 8000.00 EUR*
