We are looking for an Office administrator/Travel manager who will work side by side with a cross-functional team, helping to deliver efficient solutions to our clients.

How your regular day in C.T. Co will look (responsibilities):

  • Ensure record keeping is performed in accordance with legal and internal company regulations;
  • Schedule meetings upon requests from company management;
  • Take care of Incoming and outgoing correspondence, answer and ensure the circulation of information related to calls;
  • Ensure that office is sufficiently supplied(stationary, paper, whiteboards, household goods, tea, coffee etc.);
  • Organize workplaces for company employees;
  • Take care of company suppliers during their delivery visits to premises;
  • Organize activities related to company guests visits and employee business trips (hotel reservations, visas processing etc.);
  • Organize corporate events and decorate office premises for Holidays;

We expect you are (requirements may vary depending on title level):  

  • Knowledge of the Latvian legislation requirements to Records/documents management;
  • Good literacy of MS Office (e.g. MS Word, MS Excel);
  • Ability to work with office equipment (fax, multifunction office machine, scanner, etc.);
  • Excellent communication and problem resolution skills;
  • Good knowledge of spoken and written English and Latvian languages;

Other conditions:

  • Work on a 1-year contract basis with opportunity to extend.

Remuneration:

Monthly salary (gross): 1100-1300 Eur*
